Now that we've got some announcements regarding the final wave of books for the Krakoa Era, I though we could do some informed speculation on the line-up of X-books as well as the line-up of X-characters in them.

People's comments have me thinking that Foxe or Ewing will be writing New X-Men

(The one thing though is that Foxe said Betsy didnt have a big role in his title and I really dont understand why she wouldnt)

I don't know what contract talk this is but if it ended in March meaning he would not be doing any Marvel work after March then whatever he was working on in Feb/March probably would not hit the shelves until May so that seems to line up.

If New X-Men is indeed the Apocalypse, maybe they'll announce it after next week's X-Men Red. Perhaps something has to unfold before they give any info/show a cover of the new book.

Marvel typically ends a book when it reaches 50, so new readers don't feel overwhelmed to read all the previous issues. But Percy could just move Beast over to Wolverine to continue destroying him.

Wolverine will be running the Sabretooth War story starting in January from #41-50, co-written by Percy and LaValle. I don't think Beast fits in that story at all unless maybe as an ally to Logan. Creed is the big bad of the story though so I don't see them bringing anyone else in. I think Beast's story will wrap in X-Force and then he might show up in the other books that are concluding the era.

I think both #50s come out in May. Everyone is expecting all of these books to wrap up by June. If either book went past 50 I could see X-Force getting another issue or two. Even if 50 is extra sized, that arc would just be 48-50.
