Here's one that something hit me which let to something else and that brought forth another thing until, well, here we are.

I’ll don the mask and wear the cape
If I am super, how can I wait?

BGC doesn't really have a theme song until "Bubblegum Crash" at least.

Although the full version of the song ("Disco No Priss") played in the short disco scene of all things in Tinsel City does have the words "Bubblegum Crisis" in it (and it's the only lyric), but it's sung by a male, possibly composer Koji Makaino himself.

Believe it or not, George isn't at home
Please leave a message at the beep
I must be out, or I'd pick up the phone
Where could I be? Believe it or not, I'm not home

As long as we're using a more liberal definition, let's go with this...

I’ll don the mask and wear the cape
If I am super, how can I wait?

Not a T.V show. But way too epic not to mention.

Most Bond themes generally include the name of the movie, although with a few exceptions-Dr.No which of course uses the Bond theme instead....although the song "Underneath the Mango Tree" appears in the movie at many points and Connery actually briefly sings it during the famous Honey coming out of the sea scene. Octopussy and Quantum of Solace and Spectre also don't use the titles there, although alternative opening songs do.

A janitor working at Draco's HQ briefly whistles Goldfinger's theme in OHMSS. In FYEO the code to the Identigraph is part of "Nobody does it better" In Octopussy, Vijay's cover as a snake charmer has him use the James Bond theme as a recognition code, to which Bond responds, "Charming tune!". The Machine gun richochet from LTK during the big truck chase can also be recognized as the Bond theme.
