Terminator of course inspired a few anime down the line I think. The Boomers from Bubblegum Crisis kind of resemble T-800s in both forms (Many of their human disguises are muscle-bound guys in sunglasses; their endoskeleton has some similarities to the T-800 although it is a lot bulkier)


Some of the aesthetics of the early Metal Gear games feature bosses who are patterned after Arnold. The box art is also heavily lifted from a publicity still of Kyle Reese in the future war.

Kojima's Snatcher is also mostly a Blade Runner homage but also features stuff inspired by Terminator.
