I'm not aware of them ever meeting.

But Kate hasn't met a lot of heroes/anti-heroes/villains. Probably because she's still relatively new and until recently (we'll see where this new Outsiders series goes) hasn't strayed far from Gotham and the Bat-Family.

True, I've never actually read Secret Six, but I've heard of it. I don't actually know much about Catman, other than that he exists, might be bisexual, and is called Catman.
