That feels pretty par for the course for this run in my opinion.

This run is more the outlier, this has by far been one of the better runs on Nightwing and is usually easily one of the best books on the stands.

Honestly this arc feels par the course for the series to me, it just doesn't have the benefit of Redondo's art or something more interesting than "trying to make Bea from the Ric era important again for some reason."

By far. The only one it's really comparable to is Dixon's original run, but whereas Dixon's stories can often come off as very mechanical and by-the-numbers, Taylor's has a personality and flavor Dixon has often lacked (with the notable exception of his original Robin run).
