I think Riri has some/all of Mandarin’s rings now that their trying to make the ten rings from Shang-Chi’s film a thing

Film accurate versions of the Ten Rings were revealed in a recent Shang-Chi mini-series and he now wields them like he does in the movie. They so far have no relation to the Mandarin's rings, which Riri Williams obtained during a recent Iron Man storyline. Each of the Mandarin's rings has a different ability, and one of them basically gives the bearer the power of mind control.

Not really considering what she did for Lourdes Chantel way back when put her life on a very successful trajectory that Lourdes to this day is thankful for. Then she entrusted Lourdes to take over her role at Hellfire Trading. Her relationship with Kate grew stronger during this era, she brought Callisto in and offered her new clothes, and used her influence to go against Xavier to pardon Malice because she was sympathetic to her ordeal. Plus she made sure Jean looked fabulous by spending at least four hours editing the original plans for Jean's 2022 look. She may be cold but she means well.

If there's a lesson at the end of it its fine IMO. It a psychic fight that that Riri started and she's done something similar with Rachel before.

Well, not an intentional psychic fight...I dunno, just feels weird to bring out brass knuckles on a teen girl .
