Katara and Aang can punch through a four foot steel girder by waterbending maybe a gallon or so of water.
Waterbending has been performed on other bodily fluids like sweat or the water content within plants.
Xenomorphs have been taken down by Vasquez with an ordinary pistol and Hicks with a shotgun. They also passively drool a lot.
It doesn't matter if they're Bloodbenders or not, Waterbenders don't need to use the acid. They could freeze the Alien in place or use their saliva to punch them through the skull at their leisure.
While the rumble is a no contest, the acid, being a chemically different substance than water, likely can't be manipulated by a Waterbender unless it's diluted somehow.
