Secret Origins and Who's Who. I'd keep the same formats but make them quarterlies or even annuals.

I have always loved the ideas behind Dial H for HERO, but none of their attempts to revive it have ever really worked.

I had a silly notion that some catastrophic event would shear off the bottom 45% of the H-Dial, and the top right corner, leaving a letter L. Attempting to use the damaged Dial would only turn you into a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes, past, present or future (so, still totally new characters, a third of the time).
