I totally forgot the Totality were a thing. DC did nothing with them.
But I guess The Doctor would make sense. Elijah Snow as well, but I don’t trust current DC with him.

I wanted to say TAO, but he's kind of redundant on a group with other egotistical mega-brains, so maybe Jackson King, who adds a more strategic / tactical perspective to what's already there (which would play along well with Hawkgirl, but butt heads with Mr. Terrific, which brings the drama).
Angela Spica/The Engineer would be my second choice.
