    I think that Joe Gill and Pat Boyette's Peacemaker was intended to be a hero, not a villain. I know that once the Directive Compact acquired him, they gave him a punishing. Still, the Charlton Champion paid his super-hero dues.

    Parasite deserves more love. He and Metallo were two of the only villains out there that treated Superman like Prey.

    Parasite has been put through a lot of changes over the years, since Jim Shooter created him. Not even the same guy. And for awhile he was a Firestorm villain. Always seems the way with villains, if they're any good, they're exploited by other franchises and turned inside out for no good reason.
