Oh wait... Is that mean Moira's mutant power is a public knowledge!?
If yes then I really wanted to hear the humans opinion about a mutant whose death or clones' death can reset the timeline!
Humans? She apparently reboots the entire universe if not multiverse with her death, which means they are impacting countless lifes across time and space.
Entire species, civilizations and cosmic empires, all at the mercy of a single unaware woman's fate.
Imagine someone stopping the conquest of the Hive of Evil at the other end of the galaxy thanks to a lucky event which occured 20 years ago, saving 400 billion innocent people from death and slavery they had to endure for 300 years, only for a woman on Earth falling down some stairs and everything is reset back to 50 years ago, with the lucky event not occuring again afterwards.
Not to forget that there are various godlike beings who might not enjoy the thought of being erased just because some primitive creature on a random planet had a special gene that granted them such power.
Infact the reveal of her powers to the public could be the worst thing to happen to mutants ever, since now the entire universe might soon consider them so dangerous that they can't be allowed to keep existing.
Which means at any point a never before heared of empire shows up, places a depowering field around the sol system, before erasing it all with the press of a button and then sending out hunters that make Sentinels look like toy robots, to find every and any human or human related being left in the universe and wipe out any traces of their genes, just to be sure that something so powerfull as Moira X can never exist again.
Maybe introducing a super special metal to the galactic economy as currency, which would make it logical for many civilizations to have spies on Earth or the sol system keeping an eye on how things are going with humanity might have not been such a good idea after all.

On the subject of mutants who may or may not have been resurrected, whatever happened to 'the Brotherhood,' from that 2001 mini of the same name?
I could see 'X' (I forget his real name), the leader of the rogue faction agitating for a seat on the Quiet Council, since he'd led a group of mutants before, like so many of the others on the Council. (And everyone kind of like being, 'I'm sorry, who are you again? Didn't you get all your people killed, during one of the internal revolutions against your so-called mutant revolution?')
Mikael* :P
It's possible they revealed what transpired in that timeline, but omitting on the "how" (Moira's Clones) in order to soften the inevitable blow, and rabid hate from the general population that would surely soon follow (not that it really helped anyways)
Mmm, speking on Moira's clones, once the whole Orchis crisis passes, Charles has to make sure all traces of Moira's power (on Sinister's possesion, or otherwise) are destroyed for good, or they will risk for a Sins of Sinister redux
As was shown in Rise of Powers of X and Dead X-Men, Moira doesn't destroy or reboot anything. She just time travels back to her birth which creates a new reality, while previous one continues to exist. And new realities are created all the time by every random decision of any random Joe, so Moira's situation is not any worse. Basically she is no different from someone like Cable or Kang coming back into the past with their knowledge from far future. So there is no reason for anyone outside the Earth to care about Moira, and even on Earth her actions aren't much different from Wanda's House of M, or Legion's Age of Apocalypse and Age of X, or X-Man's Age of X-Man, etc.
Its comics, try not to put too much logic into it when extrapolating things outside of Earth as things never make sense outside of the plot context. Over in DC Comics, they had Batman, a nonpowered human, essentially have nightmares that are powerful enough that all of reality gets rewritten (Dark Metal and whatnot). Now in Wolverine, Creed is special enough for some reason to have multiversal versions of himself run amok.
For Earth to have so many superpowered individuals but no galactic empire, consistently beat galactic empires that have existed for millennium, makes no sense whatsoever. Earth just happens to get all the Cosmic/Magical artifacts (cube, stones, crystals, eyes and wands, etc) as well. Reed is just stretchy enough and Sue charismatic enough to ward off Galactus.
It only make sense since we are getting Earth POV stories, so thats why all these things can happen on Earth.
If memory serves me right it was explicitly noted to involve erasing the entire universe and rebooting it back to the point of her birth up to Sins of Sinister though, which to me always felt like Hickman trying to shut down the potential multiverse and time travel questions relating to the massive retcon involving Moira X.
Basicly it was a highly convinient way to prevent anyone from being actualy able to confirm that her powers worked as advertised.
If something from one of her past lifes would still exist in the Marvel Multiverse, then it would proof that her powers were not working as claimed. But if her powers did work that way, there would be no proof to ever confirm that it does, since she erased it.
So the explanation in RioPoX and Dead X-men is basicly a retcon/revision, seeming to downgrade the magntitude of Moira X's implied power level, while also opening a can of worms relating to anything in HOX/POX.
But that is arguably par for the course with how the whole status direction been handled.
On a related note. Another explanation they could have gone for to downgrade Moira X's powers could have been that she is simply a form of precognitive, but limited to her own personal perspective and the experiences she would gain, rather than the omni-present "visions" that Destiny or Blindfold experience.
Which has the disadvantage of a more reduced perspective overall, but the advantage of much more in depth informations one could gain from the future.
Of course.
But there is still some fun to be had to ponder about the potential causalities involving the magnitude and impact of Moira's powers, in relation to how they were original claimed to work.
Similar to the idea of what would have happend if Thanos' snap would have accidently gotten Moira forcing her into a reboot loop.

Here's a new one: a historical retrospective semi-anthology of Marvel in-universe history, as told by the "old" Mutants.
Yeah peeps focus on the Mutants who are ancient, and thousands of years old, but there's several who are superhumanly old, but not more than 1 or 2 hundred years old. You have people like Magento who should be 90+ now, and Dragoness who should be in her 70s... what is the world like from their PoV?
Wait, why is Dragoness so old?
And remember that Forge would be in his 70s as well.
Her backstory is that while her mother was pregnant with her, she was exposed to the fallout of the Hiroshima nuclear blast. Thus, Dragoness was born less than 9 months after 6 August 1945. Soo... she'd be 77 or 78 now.
Yeah I didn't try to make a list of ALL of them. Just a few examples.
