To clear the name of Morris Edelstein, it should be pointed out that it was a Morgan Edge clone that was the proxy head of Inter Gang and not the actual smiling cobra himself.
I never like it when Talia is called "Talia al Ghul"--that treats "al Ghul" like it's a family name. That's a latter day invention. Ra's al Ghul meant head of the demon (Demonhead). Maybe in North America, border control would give her that stupid name, but in Arabic she would not have such a name (I once worked out what it ought to be, but I'm not going to try to do that now). Moreover, when Bruce/Batman first met her, he had no idea she was the Daughter of the Demon.* She was just a regular exchange student. So if she had a last name, she probably would have registered under an assumed name that gave the Detective no indication who she really was. I suggest Talia Brown (for Bob Brown who first drew her).
*Edit for self-correction: Batman doesn't know who she is but she tells him, when he's unmasked, "I am Talia, daughter of he who is called Rā's al Ghul!"

Invasion of the Fourth World, I love it!
Darkseid leads the pack here so far.
