Certainly I wouldn't put a dollar on at 100 to 1...I'd want 1000's to 1.

Would the citizens of Hungary have taken that bet in 2009 before Orban was elected? By 2013 he’d enacted amendments to their constitution allowing him to accrue more power and the erosion of their democratic process continued to the point where opposition parties have practically no chance of regaining the Prime Minister’s chair.
With Project 2025 Trump will have an unprecedented amount of power in all branches of government and a plan in place to push whatever agenda he wants.
His admission that he’ll be “A Dictator on day one” I believe is a clue. He’s saying that Project 2025 goes into effect immediately after his inauguration. Thousands of employees will be fired and his people will be swept into key positions throughout our government.
They already have an agenda and everyone knows their tasks. The erosion of our democratic system will begin before a clueless Democratic Party can get their heads around what’s actually happening. By 2028 we’ll be an American version of Hungary or Russia with fake elections and predetermined outcomes.

As 2023 comes to an end, Dallas ISD’s class of 2024 will enter the new year with early college acceptances to some of the nation’s most prestigious institutions.

Over 1,600 seniors have received acceptance letters from at least one college or university. University of Notre Dame, Yale University, Cornell University, and Johns Hopkins University are just a few of the renowned universities that have extended invitations to Dallas ISD students, who are now positioned to chase their dreams beyond high school graduation.

Former Rep Lt Governor candidate, anti-woke “parental rights” crusader, & conservative school district activist, Clarice Schillinger, has been charged after throwing a 17th birthday party for her daughter during which she punched a teen in the face 3 times, served the group of 20 teens liquor, pressured them to take shots with her, & played beer pong with them. Her boyfriend at the time also assaulted 2 teens, aged 15 & 16, during the party.

A teen's parent called police early the morning of Sept. 30 to report the assaults & the underage drinking at Schillinger’s home, & police have said they've received videos of some of the alleged events.

A one-time Republican candidate for lieutenant governor in Pennsylvania and anti-woke “parental rights” crusader is facing multiple criminal charges after allegedly furnishing her 17-year-old daughter’s friends with alcohol and punching one of them in the face when the freaked-out teen tried to leave.

It was the second time in five days that cops had been called to Clarice Schillinger’s home in the Philadelphia suburb of Doylestown, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by The Daily Beast. There were roughly 20 minors at the “underage drinking party,” some as young as 15, the affidavit states.

Schillinger, who glowingly called Donald Trump “sharp as a tack,” after meeting the former president last year at Mar-a-Lago, will fight the case, her lawyer said on Thursday.

The comic strip Mutts had a lovely story recently about a political issue. Mutts mainly follows the adventures of neighborhood pets, and the messaging is pro-environment, pro-vegetarianism and anti-animal abuse, and one recurring character is a chained up guard dog, an example of the cruelty of tethering. The series recently had its longest story to date, with new developments for guard dog. It's a lovely story.

I'm not sure if this has been posted about previously but I just saw this story this morning. Apparently some republican named Tim Walberg, who masquerades as a senator AND a co-chair of something called the national prayer breakfast went to Uganda back in October and gave a speech that supported Uganda's anti-LGBT law that includes a death penalty!

I'm not sure we needed any more proof that republicans are who we think they are, but apparently Walberg wants no mistake made about their true intentions. Article Link

On this date in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, as well as 2022, “Fanatical Republican Extremist of the Day posted profiles of Larry Pittman, a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, a pastor and a Birther who was first appointed to office in 2011, and has barely survived a few re-election scares because his great ideas for making our country better seem to fit the pattern of working towards a theocracy, naming Christianity our state religion, and eliminating all income taxes and using only sales tax to generate revenue for the government. Pittman also was a trendsetter in demonizing Planned Parenthood years prior to the Center for Medical Progress doing so, saying they were a “murder for hire” organization and 75% of their revenue was generated in making money off of abortions, and insists that in 1992, he and his friends found baby parts in a Planned Parenthood dumpster that were, we quote, “the consistency of hamburger”. He’s so pro-life, in fact, that he has called for a return to public hangings, and in the order of who went to the gallows, he listed “abortionists, rapists, and kidnappers”, remarkably forgetting that abortion is legal, and omitting murderers from his list. His other big wacky moment from our first profile was when he reacted to meager gun control suggestions by producing pro-gun legislation after the Sandy Hook massacre, and when asked to defend such an action from the press, warned against the government coming for or the United Nations coming for all our guns, and he also thinks Common Core Standards are “a Marxist attack to destroy us fom within”, in but two of his paranoid rants worthy of an episode of Alex Jones’ InfoWars. This should perhaps come as little surprise, but you may have heard about how the North Carolina GOP produced the anti-gay HB 2 Law that allowed for the legal discrimination of LGBTQ citizens in the state… well, it should come as little shock that Larry Pittman was a co-sponsor of the bill. Who would have guessed that a Fundamentalist theocratic lunatic also hates gay people, right? So, how bugs*** crazy can Larry Pittman get? Well, back in April of 2017, he got on Facebook to talk about his insane effort to try to pass legislation to ignore the Supreme Court’s Obergefell v. Hodges ruling (good luck with that) and decided to wax poetic about the founder of the Republican Party, Abraham Lincoln. And, the Great Emancipator, it seems, in the eyes of Larry Pittman, is just like Hitler:

“And if Hitler had won, should the world just get over it? Lincoln was the same sort (of) tyrant, and personally responsible for the deaths of over 800,000 Americans in a war that was unnecessary and unconstitutional.”

Through 2018, Pittman remained bonkers. After the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, Pittman posted on Facebook that the entire shooting was staged, and part of a conspiracy created by “Communist Democrats” to “push for gun control so they can take over the country”. The outrage over his comment made Pittman pause from sponsoring a bill he had planned to try and arm teachers… until March of 2019, when Pittman filed legislation to allow teachers to carry guns in the classroom. Towards the end of that month, he voted against a bill to ban corporal punishment in schools, commenting that he is grateful for every “whipping my daddy gave me”. In September of 2019, Pittman filed HB 65, also known as the “Marriage Reaffirmation Amendment Act”, which would supposedly ban marriage equality in North Carolina and order state officials to ignore the Supreme Court’s Obergefell v. Hodges ruling. (Pretty safe to say that’s some unconstitutional “state’s rights” lunacy). But, after a constituent wrote a letter to Pittman telling him that pandering to intolerant old people who think the Bible should be the law of the land, Pittman responded calmly and politely explaining his position. NAH, we’re just kidding, Pittman wrote back to his own constituent and told them that he wouldn’t “change with the times” and told them that “if you have a complaint about that, tell it to Satan when you see him.” Larry Pittman twice made headlines in June of 2020, first by calling for the police to just gun down BlackLivesMatter protesters, calling the protesters, “vermin”, and falsely creating an anti-Semitic narrative that they were funded by George Soros: Only days later, he was on to spreading Covidiot propaganda, sharing an online conspiracy theory from Michael Speciale (who we have profiled for a few years). Pittman pushed the narrative that wearing masks during the pandemic was more of a health risk than going without them. In October of 2021, Pittman was still at it, sending out e-mails throughout the state legislature claiming that the Covid-19 VACCINE was killing people, but that it in the media, it is “being downplayed”, that masks can’t stop the virus from getting through, that air escapes around the mask, that the RNA in the vaccines causes recipients’ bodies to “create the ‘virus,’” and that it is not a vaccine after all. When the local media attempted to contact Pittman for comment after debunking his claims, he responded “I don’t do interviews”. Clearly, a very responsible approach. Mercifully, Larry Pittman did not run for re-election in 2022. We will set aside his profile at this time to profile another wacky Republican today instead. (Current crazy/stupid scoreboard, is now 1272-60, since this was established in July 2014.

Welcome to what is the 1272nd original profile here at “Fanatical Republican Extremist of the Day”, where we’ll be profiling North Carolina Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson, who is running as a 2024 candidate to be the next Governor of North Carolina. We’re honestly taken aback that he was elected Lieutenant Governor in the first place. Robinson has filed for bankruptcy multiple times, and had been put under tax liens by the IRS within his 2020 run for office… and he seemingly was the GOP candidate based solely on the fact that he’s willfully a terrible human being, but hey… that “triggers the libs”, so North Carolina Republicans elected him.

Here are but some actual things Robinson has said or done in his time in the public eye:

• August 2012: Robinson admits in comments on Facebook that he paid for a woman’s abortion in 1989. Just keep in mind that he’s an anti-choice hypocrite through the rest of this.
• February 27th, 2014: Mark Robinson refers to same sex relationships as “A FILTHY ABOMINATION” on his Facebook page.
• May 14th, 2014: Robinson posts on social media, “Note to liberals; I’ll accept ‘Gay Pride’ when you accept ‘White Pride”.
• June 5th, 2014: Mark Robinson defends monuments to the Confederacy, posting an image of a man holding a Confederate flag urinating on the NAACP logo on his Facebook timeline.
• November 2nd, 2016: Robinson laments on social media that religious freedom in the United States also applies to Muslims, one of dozens of Islamophobic posts he makes over the years.
• May 3rd, 2017: Robinson goes on a rant about how he does not want to be a part of the African American community, complaining that they “suck from the putrid tit of the government”.
• May 25th, 2017: Mark Robinson pushes the conspiracy theory that former First Lady Michelle Obama is actually a man.
• October 2017: Robinson admits he entertains the possibility that the moon landing was faked and ”9/11 was an inside job”.
• November 26th, 2017: Robinson posts on Facebook his thoughts on Holocaust denialism.
• February 27th, 2018: Mark Robinson mocks the survivors of the Parkland mass shooting calling them “spoiled little bastards” or “prosti-tots”, while they were still traumatized minors in the moment.
• May 2018: Robinson claims that allegations of sexual assault leveled at Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein are part of a secret “Stalinist purge” orchestrated by the Illuminati in several online posts and interviews.
• July 5th, 2018: Robinson, a big fan of police brutality, defends the National Guard gunning down students at Kent State University.
• February 19th, 2019: Mark Robinson goes on a rant against the film Black Panther, devolving his complaints into an anti-Semitic claim that it was “created by an Agnostic Jew” , then “put to film by satanic marxist” but “created to pull the shekels out of your Schvartze pockets”.
• March 27th, 2020: Robinson falsely claims that Covid-19 is a “globalist conspiracy” to destroy the presidency of Donald Trump.
• October 22nd, 2020: It is reported that Mark Robinson once agreed with a religious leader who referred to the Rothschild family as one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
• June 6th, 2021: Mark Robinson speaks at a Baptist Church, and goes on a homophobic rant (one of many), calling for acknowledgement of transgender people to be removed while saying, ““There’s no reason anybody anywhere in America should be telling any child about transgenderism, homosexuality, any of that filth. And yes I called it filth. And if you don’t like that I called it filth, come see me and I’ll explain it to you.” He went on to call for an end of the separation of church and state.
• November 21st, 2021: Robinson speaks in front of his church and states his opinion that straight relationships are superior to gay ones because “two men cannot produce a child together”.
  He went on to compare gay people to cow manure, maggots, and flies. Y’know, if you had any doubts he’s a deranged bigot.
• August 22nd, 2022: Mark Robinson prepares to release a memoir where he calls for public schools to stop teaching both history and science.
• November 1st, 2022: Robinson further propagates the conspiracy theory that Paul Pelosi’s attacker was his gay lover.
• July 5th, 2023: At an event hosted by the transphobic hate group Moms for Liberty, Mark Robinson tells a room full of people his recommendation to start reading up on some speeches by Hitler, Mao, and Stalin, complaining that their remarks are often “taken out of context”.

If North Carolina actually elects this man to run their state, he will run it into the ground within six months… so let’s hope that doesn’t happen… but this guy is clearly a Christofascist and rolling ball of hate who cannot be trusted with one iota of power.
