An attempt was made to address the bulk of the issue and you repeatedly attacked and refused to support the candidate who did so.

While ignoring the political party that obstructs said progress to this very day.

Yet you have provided no evidence that this is the case and are -- thus far -- basing your argument solely on your own personal right-wing bias.

Conversely, others have provided evidence that loan forgiveness is a positive for both those who recieve it and those who benefit from increased spending by those given relief.

It could even be argued that the "problem" is Republicans wrecking the economy every time they get into office leading to poor job prospects for many college graduates.

    Man...

You have just never heard that there are colleges outside of the "Public..." system?

That there are folks who wind up with debt from those "Private..." colleges?

Considering I went to one and recently had my loans forgiven by Biden, you are once again showing your ignorance.

Moreover, nothing you wrote addresses the fact that Hillary and the Democrats addressed college tuition issues and you did nothing but attack them in response.

Because you can't admit when you are wrong.

Edit: This may be incorrect if in fact your real goal is to support the Republican Party -- in which case your actions align completely with said goal.

Anyone who does so starting this year...

Will Biden be forgiving their student loan debt?

    Past that...

    "Addressed College Tuition Issues..."?

    Well, to a degree.

Anyone who does what HRC or Ted Cruz did starting in 2024?

How much would it address the debt they would likely rack up?

The Alabama ruling on the embryos was weird and distasteful.

There's being political and there's being nonsensical, that Alabama ruling is just nonsensical.

We're not too far away from a court ruling that a woman is a walking incubator and if she hurts herself, she's damaging an unborn child.

Michael Moore was on MSNBC being half sarcastic half serious talking about this. He pointed out that, taken to extremes, not only would this affect women but also men. Any loss of sperm (through methods I won't discuss here) is a loss of life. So even men can be held criminally liable if they can't control themselves.

Answer your own hypotheticals -- some of us prefer to deal with "actual reality" as it is.

He's being sarcastic but if some judges want to go by "biblical law", the sin of Onan is a thing.

We aren't too far away from stuff like that being declared a criminal offense (even if it's almost impossible to persecute).

Later on in a week where bars were claiming they were being shut down in political retaliation...

Illinois AG halts Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard's charity donations
The Illinois Attorney General's Office has ordered a charity run by Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard to stop soliciting donations.

The charity, called "Tiffany Henyard Cares," failed to register with the Attorney General's Office or disclose how much money it raised and how the money is being spent.

FOX 32 first raised questions about Henyard's charity last year. Our investigation found she was using public employees and taxpayer dollars to support the charity, including a $10,000 donation from Thornton Township, where she is supervisor.

The AG's office says it is evaluating further action against the charity to protect donors and enforce state laws about charitable giving.

Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard accused of corruption, trustees approve call for federal investigation
Trustees in Dolton approved a resolution to ask for a federal investigation into Mayor Tiffany Henyard, who is accused of corruption.

Four of Mayor Henyard's six colleagues on the Dolton Village Board attended Thursday evening's meeting, and celebrated after the resolution passed.
It's been nearly three years since Henyard was sworn in as the first mayor of Dolton. She now also serves as Thornton Township supervisor. Her image is prominently displayed outside village hall.

But she is now at the center of allegations of corruption and political retaliation, being lobbed at her by trustees, business owners and even the attorney general's office.

"She has taken lavish trips with village staff, and has caused the village to be in a multi-million dollar deficit," said Trustee Jason House.

They say Henyard has used the village coffers as a personal piggy bank while Dolton's unpaid bills have piled up.

"There's a lot of mismanagement of funds and we just want some clarity so we can move forward and understand what's going on with all the spending," said Kiana Belcher, Dolton trustee.

"It is a deadly sin that you could have lost six of your police cars, and when you lose police cars you lose police officers too, but she chose to keep her payments on her security detail," said Burt Odelson, legislative counsel for the Dolton Board of Trustees.

"We cannot survive like this," Norwood said. "We have vendors calling us every day for nonpayment."
Running a business in Dolton has also been getting harder. Multiple businesses have been shut down recently over unresolved licensing issues, including Lawrence Gardner's trucking company. It has been sitting idle since January of 2023 when the village accused him of selling liquor without a license during a party that was being hosted there. He denies the allegation, with a judge ruling in his favor, and has other ideas about why the action may have been taken.

"Because I wouldn't donate the money anymore. I wouldn't give her any more money," he said.

Gardner said he is among several business owners who, shortly after Henyard took office, complied with her request for a $3,500 donation to the village. While the FBI won't confirm they are investigating the mayor, Gardner said he's been talking to them for months.

"I've been talking to them periodically and they said there was multiple agencies investigating Dolton and Mayor Henyard, so be patient," he said.
