Knightfall TPB Differences

I'm looking to get the Knightfall stories but see that there are 2 different sets of tpbs for them. The older set of TPBs have a few less issues. Does anyone here know the differences between the older tpbs and the newer 25th anniversary tpbs ?

The original TPB's from the 90s skip the entire "Knightsquest" arc (and doesnt include Prodigal, this was released in its own TPB)

The larger 2012 phonebook edition includes "Vengeance of Bane 1" "Prodigal" and "Troika" & "Knightsquest: The Crusade" (JPV's adventures as Batman) but skips "Knightsquest: The Search" (Bruce's world search for Shondra/healing his back injury)

The 25th Anniversary editions are reprints of the 3 volume omnibuses. They include the prelude to Knightfall (introducing JPV, Shondra and Bane and Batman's slow deterioration prior to the Arkham breakout) then all of Knightsquest (including Knightsquest: The Search for the first time) then Prodigal and Troika

The newer trade paperbacks are also the only ones to have "The God of Fear" (Shadow of the Bat 16-18) in its proper place and reading order. It was included in the old TPBs up through the 2012 release but was always out of sequence with the surrounding story.
