It got some heat when Ewing listed it as well. Everyone has their opinion on what the first mutant circuit is. The fastball special is just the first one canonically now.

The ZNoxx combo has to be a better, earlier example of a mutant circuit.

Or even the Storm/Polaris(+Havok/Cyclops) electromagnet move that threw Krakoa into space, but I guess reminding people of that would just undermine the entire Krakoan basis...



Len Wein even calls it a circuit.... but whatever. Maneuver 7, aka the fastball special, will take the credit even being a very rudimentary combination.

I don't think that's a fair comparison, Strange and Clea are both Sorcerer Supremes and Apoc has been doing magic for like a year tops with Rictor as his number 2. Of course he's not going to be as impressive as those 2 lol.
