It's a bigger slap to the face to end it in a FCBD issue

Not like past fcbd issue where cops and/or bystanders lash out at Spider-Man over a misunderstanding

That's just a regular day for Spider-Man, but curious what the purpose of the living brain will be. Will it be stuck as a giant brain or be mobile like in Slotts run

Remembering that that "Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" show is allegedly still happening...I wish I was more excited for it ngl. But if it's anything like X-Men 97 it'll probably be good...hopefully.

Tbh if not Spider-Man 98', I would much rather get a new animated series with an older Peter that adapts 80s/90s stuff. Maybe one day though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I'm still giving it a chance. At the very least it looks like it has a cool art style (love the Ditko inspiration). The supporting cast is...interesting though

I like the Identity Crisis suits, that's cool! Cowardly move not including Ricochet though. Hopefully they spent the past however many years replacing the Future Foundation suit with it lol

Would generally cosign. I'll still watch because I watch everything Spider-Man, but yeah.

I'm just not enthused about the idea of a teen Peter Parker in the MCU style (but Norman Osborn instead of Tony so it's totally original) going to high school with other superpowered characters instead of characters actually associated with him. They've done it three now and it's never quite fit.

And why is Tombstone a teenager? I mean, Tombstone !?

I guess I should be glad they're not trying to force another Spider-Team dynamic. I hope the Identity Crisis suits don't come off as gimmicky (like Peter can't win fights without the new suit of the week).

This one, I am definitely looking forward to . . . though Spider-Goblin walking all over the Sinister Six for once might be fun, for certain qualifiers of "fun."
