hmm..... hard to be sure. the face looks right, but the hair is longer than Anne's

Much shorter than Gwen's though. Anne had a pixie cut. That art might just be an attempt at modernising her look by giving her longer bangs, considering the character only existed in the 90s. If this was Gwen, you'd expect those bits of hair to the left of the mouth to be much longer.

So yeah, nice art, but it belongs in Venom's thread (I assume Anne doesn't have her own, so Eddie's is the best match for images of his wife), not this one.

What if Em Jay replaces Gwen as the "hero" in that world, but doing it as carnage after/as she gets her symbiote under control? Kind of like how Miles replaced Ultimate Peter.

Then Earth-65 Em Jay gets a superhero run as Carnage Symbiote in Earth-65 while Gwen is in Earth-616.

Both work. Spider-Woman was the name used in the Ultimate cartoon, but think about the back-up story from last week's Giant-Size, which was a reprint from Latour's run set on Halloween. She was dressed as Ben Reilly's Scarlet Spider!
