I do find it hilarious that they are "celebrating" the end of the Taylor/Redondo run, when (by my quick math), Redondo has done less than half of Taylor's issues. Full-Redondo art: 13 issues, Redondo/other artist combined: 5, fill-in artist: 18. So, that's 50/50, if you are generous in counting the issues where he split the duty. Not counting the upcoming last arc.

So, 40 issues, only 18 max of full Redondo. And that is meant with full respect to his amazing art. But, it's more of a Taylor with a cast of stars illustrating.

No sure about Waid, but if he's willing to write main continuity stories, sure, why not.
Ah, I'm finding Adams' run on Green Lantern a little anaemic so I wouldn't be thrilled if it was him... But I'll give anyone a shot!

He’s basically cleared the deck between stepping away from Shazam and now WF ending.
Well, losing Taylor and Redondo just to get Waid and Mora would be a dream. The most perfect scenario.

Yeah, i'm also not feeling his run on Green Lantern. Might just be the cause of me not caring about Hal Jordan at all.

Redondo art is a symbol of this run, even though he didn't draw all issues.

Haley looks grown, but dogs grow quicker anyways, so it might not be so far in the future.

Edit: No time jump, she just grew up.

Color me surprised, I felt like Taylor had more in him with how much he enjoyed the title, but maybe he wants to go out on a high note and not keep doing it without Redondo permanently.

Or DC gave him a bigger book.

Hal fans are also mostly lukewarm about the run.

Yeah, nobody is talking about his Green Lantern, compared to his Flash run.

I still enjoy his Green Lantern...

I know it's not intended that way but it's kind of funny that they're depicting Batman as someone who freezes up whenever he spots a child near a dead parent.

I’ll always appreciate this run and what it did for the character during very dark times. As Nightwing, Dicks never been in a better position comic wise. A ton of high points. I do think there was some padding in the back half so I’m excited to see things be brought to a conclusion. Hoping we get another talented creative team to build on this. Fingers crossed for Waid and Mora.

40 issues is a respectable run. Plus he’s still on Titans.

Every time Nightwing has a semi decent run it’s followed up by a stinker. They can’t do that this time. They need to replace what’s probably going to go down as the greatest Nightwing run of all time with a solid team that wants to at least try to continue to build on that momentum. Not blow it up and start over.

I'm personally happy to hear we are getting a new creative team, but of course I would also prefer not to get someone like Lobdell again. I was never the biggest fan of Taylor, but I can appreciate what he has done for Nightwing, so I hope DC won't ruin it.

I reckon Green Lantern, Flash, and Titans won't be changing writers yet either. They started too recently.

At least Waid probably wouldn't blow everything up.
