Meanwhile (responding to some earlier comments), most of her romances have not been well planned out or paced in books. Many in the X-Office aren't TBH. So for those making the argument that readers weren't given clues or context things were moving towards a relationship with Rachel and it was crammed down our throats, it was over the course of 2 years and 9 issues in a few books that Tini and Leah crafted the hints and makings of this romance. Whereas others, like say Warren, went from strictly work colleagues in X-Men#29 to starting to date at the end of X-Men#32. 4 issues later. AoA Sabretooth? They meet in Exiles #91, and kiss for the first time in New Exiles #3 (13 issues later) and then are a couple during the rest of the series. A variant of the guy that gutted and almost killed her. Just food for thought that not all romances are a multi-arc multi-year lead-in, even in reality.

I think it will be great to see what kind of writing and stories we will get outside of Tini for sure for Betsy (and Rachel).
