IMO, the HE experiment is just meant as a replacement for her mutant power/genes, Wanda always has part of her power based on her genetics(the "science" part of her power).

Exactly the HE experimented with them given they were the children of a powerful witch. His experiments also led to them being given a mutant signature for years.

Yay. Some more goodies. Cool to see the family will still be involved later on.

Also these black costume variants kinda suck lol. I really haven't seen any of these being good yet. It works for Spider-Man obviously but nobody really has managed to make it work for the rest of these heroes.
