The letter I believe is from Magneto. The Vision is implying that it was the Wizard who made sure it reached the twins at that time.

Okay. I just don't want Pietro hurt. Normally I get a bit annoyed with him but here he not only (finally) looks sexy, adorable and youthful , as he should, but his personality is much more engaging.

SW & QS #3 - It would take your ex-husband to remind you that the action of burning the note is as poor a decision as when Pietro hid info from her in the past. Burn.
You feel a bit bad for Speed, he wants to help. Pietro isn't having it. Wizard finding out he could end up his Angel's bad side if the plan doesn't go accordingly!
