I'm just going off my bad memory but I don't think Bailey has shared with Peter that he lives at the shelter. And the current timeline Peter is dealing with Doc Ock/Supernova. Like in "real" time Bailey has been back for a week or two? Less than a month.

Just read the issue.. Peter was being a total jerk here imo
Altough Bailey's behaviour and choices were quite erratic, I dont blame him, he's a kid that felt pushed out after all

And due to Aunt May not remembering him, she won't realise he has a link to Peter.

If Peter did know he was at the FEAST center, what would he do? He's already made it clear he didn't want a sidekick, so I don't see him adopting the kid. And he doesn't have the finances to provide him and his foster family a proper home, he can barely afford his own.

Uh, just read it myself, and I think he just found out actually. He visits the shelter looking for Christina Xu (if he knew already he'd have asked to see Bailey), who tells him Bailey's bed is unmade... she just blabbed that they live together! And later Bailey says "I don't need you or the FEAST Center!"
