Ooops. May got caught playing with the mysterious crystal ball that may or may not have a radioactive spider or hold precious memories inside of it.

I definitely think that ball has either the radioactive spider in it or something showcasing who Spider-Man is supposed to be in other timelines.

That said, I do wonder if Hickman has plans of anyone else in the Parker family getting powers as the series goes on... Maybe we will see May get powers down the line?

I wonder if she winds up freeing the spider (assuming it's in the orb) and also gets bitten. But unlike in RYV she keeps her powers on the downlow because her parents aren't comfortable sending her out to fight crime (for obvious reasons).

He gave Franklin the god powers back during his F4 run, he has no problem writing super powered kids. Would probably be something that happens in Year 2 or 3 if it ever does though. Or hell, given how 6160 keeps throwing curveballs maybe Richard will get powers first, and May will get a symbiote or something like Earth X.

That would definitely track. Regardless of which kid it'd be who would wind up getting powers, I do think that if Hickman tackles that plot development, it'll be another year or two into the run before it happens.
