My all time favorite Fantastic Four team!!

I liked this run a lot.

I really thought/hoped that Johnny and Crystal would find their back to each other.

I loved Sharon's story, and how her and Ben connected.

Of course both of those are now unlikely to ever happen, or for sure,

50 %.

I still hope at least one of the pets gets crazy powers or is a disguised alien. Something weird, instead of just a normal pet.

Everyone forgets doom joined for two issues! Granted it was to show reed he was a better leader of the ff than him but he did join.

Also, why the heck is namor, kristoff and lyja not members? They went on full missions for almost a year with the ff and some even lived there. They should count as members. They were on many of the covers as well. Then again things ff everyone got to be a member of the ff but impossible man even though he was on the same team, and they aided the main ff for 5 issues!

To the issue of who is or is not, a lot of times it comes to if you get / got a costume or modified your own (with or without consent) to look like an FF uniform.

I think when Tigra, Thundra and Impy were hanging around (thr run-up to FF # 200, Reed is possessed by "the Brute") that was a proto
Future Foundation.
Especially when some of the others who didn't really 'replace' anyone but were 'team members' such as Doom, Antman, Namor and even Frankie.

I wonder if it the replacement and the whole Four thing has anything to do with it? Like if some folks think that only four people at a time can be on the FF?

The MC2 version and at least one What If version (where Spider-Man joined up) changed their name to the Fantastic Five because of having an extra member.
