Who hates Superman because...??

If we were to set up the following 3 Superman Rogues as
Leader / Overlord types, which Super villains would be in their inner circle?

Lex Luthor (human).

Mongul (alien).

Lady Blaze (demon).

Luthor is pretty easy: Mercy, Eve, Otis, Lena, and you could definitely include Bizarro and some versions of Metallo.

Mongul should get dibs on any alien rogue (outside of Brainiac, Zod, Doomsday and maybe Maxima).

Lady Blaze gets any non-cosmic supernatural foe (I can only think of her brother Satannus and maybe the obscure Skyhook).

So who all could be in these 3 very different inner circles?

Mongul received his own share of inner circle during the Warworld saga: Teacher, the Unmade, Chaytil (definitely), Mother, Orphan. If you want to add more brute strengh you could include known faces like Maxima, Massacre, Draaga or even Lobo.

Lady Blaze more than an inner circle could have earth agents: Baron Sunday, Silver Banshee, Mr. Z....

He had a few appearances in the Silver Age.

Love the shadow of his hand hovering over Supes, and his hand gripping his cape. Very cool.
