Yeah Cassie in New Earth era was written as 18-22-ish I think. So when she had a fling with Conner no one batted an eye. The only incarnations drawn looking older were an alt-future take who used the Wonder Woman name, and the Silent Armor version.

Although looking at those panels again... it's weird that Kara is in her regular person clothes, while doing Supergirl stuff.
