I'm hoping Gail delivers on some much needed interaction between Gambit and other characters like this. Everyone seemed annoyed by him when Tini was writing him
Make Good Art
Gail is definitely sayin’ all da right tings. *Cajun accent*

So how are we feeling about this?

Our boy goes out like a champ in this episode, but he's still gone. Regardless of the adaption Remy always going to have that final ace up his sleeve with that suicidal explosion to take out a major threat.

Great episode, Gambit shines here and gets given some great scenes. Narratively I think the death was well done and elevates the story. Just sucks it had to be my favourite. Holding out hope that we get Cable doing some time travel shenanigans and undoes this though. Loving the show but it will be frustrating to have another X-Men show/movie without my main man.
L'Enfer !
That Gambit gets an episode that focuses on his compassionate and good-natured spirit - then tops it off with him being an all-around badass - fills my cup. He’s cunning, smart-mouthed, and displays the reckless disregard for his own personal safety to gain the upper hand that we all know him for. He lived up to his code name.
Now I need to go have a lie down.
Gambit is tranding on twitter again.
X-Men are #1 trand on twitter eight now and everyone is screaming
Btw I wouldn't worry about this being the last of we see of Gambit. Not to ruin the moment for everyone but there's still this scene that hasn't happened yet.

I was looking for it this episode since Kurt was in it, so there's hope yet!

The scene with Kurt holding two swords and looked like he and Gambit were fighting Friends of Humanity?
It goes by in half a second.
Edit: Oh I see what you guys mean. But that never happened in the show so I'd imagine lore wise it can still happen.
