Earth-22's new generation of heroes from World's Finest #24

I didn't see red flags.

Over the last years, they are slowly acknowledging again their partnership. Baby steps, I know.

The solicit was a red flag, IMO because first, this version of Superman is still Rebirth version that preached and praised American history and acts like a government stooge. King did reference the “American Way” but not completely as expected which is 50/50.
Second, even with that being just a plot device, it’s still shoehorning in Batman when again, dealing with the “World’s Finest”, Diana isn’t brought up and not part of what makes Clark and Bruce’s friendship. Clark and Diana’s friendship isn’t based on being friends with Batman and relying on the Trinity concept. That’s kind of what King made it out to be. The “deep dive” he referenced should’ve been true to how Clark and Diana feel about each other and what makes their friendship/partnership.

The said baby steps are snail pace or moving like molasses.

Budget slashings and rushing a conclusion.

Hopefully Earth-2 Kal and Diana will get more focus in Crisis 2/3 and a happy ending.

Budget slashing was unfortunate but that has something to do with WB overall financial problems. However, everything else doesn’t make sense given they rushed Tucker for a conclusion with his DCAMU for this but rushed this right out the gate anyway. I mean everything was done off screen and even the Tomorrowverse Justice League is so underdeveloped as a team. Also, Earth 1 Wonder Woman was referenced to had been on a mission with Earth 1 Superman but never seen. I wouldn’t be surprised if when it’s completely over, there will be an interview telling more of how all the plans fell through.

I want to be hopeful but….idk. LOL
3rd degree burns at this point overall when it comes to trying to be.

Now this is a great design that’s so well balanced! The lasso, his silver belt, bracelets, the stars on his pants, the S shield! Everything is just perfect! I wish this design wouldn’t go to waste but it’s DC and Clark/Diana’s kid, so of course it will but the idea of Jonathan wielding the lasso is so great!

Yeah, it would be better if Diana and Clark's friendship/partnership would be independent from any "Trinity" like it used to be originally.

Aren't they denying there were plans past those 10 films? I think they got all "fired" and moved on.

It's the best design so far that isn't fanart, but I'd have on his chest the SM/WW combined logos sketched by Rafael Grampá years ago.
