X-Men Forever #1 will be released on March 20. Sorry for the late reply.

In other words it looks like there will be a follow up to whatever happened in Immortal X-Men 18 soon.

Judging by the art it's likely to be from Rise of the Powers of X 2 which releases on February 21.

I was surprised when I saw Hope and MR in the preview today too. Maybe we don't need to wait until March to see Jeanie. :)

I don't really care for it for the same reason I didn't much care for Jean's. It's very utilitarian. It's not bad...it just doesn't say anything about the person wearing it. There are no subtle details that identifies as "Rachel". Even the red is not red enough as a colour marker.

I haven't read Dark X-Men either but so far spoilers indicate no. Closest thing we got was the image of Hope putting Mother Righteous at gunpoint which seems to follow up from Immortal X-Men 18. Also the background looks pretty dark for the WHR. Maybe Hope is interrogating MR to try and find a way to help restore the WHR/Jean.

In a reading/training today, there was a character named Jean, and she did the right thing when it came to communication and helping out her team member.

I guess that could still be the WHR. The place is being affected by all those minds in there, so who knows what stabbing Jean might have caused.

There's something in the foreground of that panel that could be Jean's hair?

They could also be at wherever MR's real body is.
