These are awesome! And I may have to spend an attempt at the AX Me Anything lottery(or whatever it's called) to see if I can get those with the powers to give Dani her own costume already.

I came across a look from a Marvel game that's probably my favorite for her. It's a new (and much better) version of her Academy X era.

Regarding the Snap images, I like the art but the Mirage logo is soooooooooooo uninspired and uncreative. Literally anything is better than that.

It's just the NEW MUTANTS font so, agree, not that creative. The only time I recall Dani having her own logo was from MARVEL COMICS PRESENTS #22 when she and Rahne co-starred in a one off.


Not perfect but by my reckoning, they had the best logo out of all the characters on the cover...including CYCLOPS!

Doesn't really make her that different from every other character. Unless a character is the star of a stealth solo they are all second stringers in the team books that they appear in.

I'm not sure what my all time least favorite Dani moment is. Maybe the costume that she showed up wearing while she was posing as a member of the MLF.
But CBR's very own Arachne did a nice job redesigning it. At least I think that it was Arachne. Apologies to anyone who I didn't credit properly for redesigning Dani's costume. Apologies to Arachne if I was right the first time.
Kissing good old boy Sam was strange, but I've seen weirder.

Dani's obvious lowlight for me this year was the unfortunate RoX miniseries that I had been looking forward to.

It could have been me. I did a redesign a long time ago (before the 2014 forum reboot), but I'm not sure if I ever posted it here. It's not in my attachments.

I agree Realm of X was a major disappointment. I have the feeling a lot of it got changed at the last minute.

Going thru old sketchbooks and I came across some of Moonstar circa MLF reintroduction sketches where I was trying to sort out the new costume (I loved the full face mask btw, it upped the creepy factor)
