So excited to read that. It looks beautiful. Look at Rogue's smile, finally someone remembers that she and Logan are friends.

Is that Chichen-Itza in the background?

I was just going to say that looks a lot like Chichen Itza. I wonder how they get from here to Louisiana?

I'm super excited for this series.

I don't know Serious George but he must be an inker/colorist because the artist is Paulo Siqueira.

I love Marquez's work. Can't wait to see more.

Oh look, a relationship where characters interact like they have a history and friendship with one another. If we were still on Krakoa, this would be a data page with an inference that they were now a throuple, apropos of nothing.

Lack of sleep has me feeling shady this morning. >:-D

But then this artwork and this mention have me deliriously happy:

"Gail says that her Uncanny X-Men is a creepy Southern Gothic tale set in Louisiana, in a house where Gambit spent a lot of time in. There will be FOUR new young mutants who show up to the door. Gail's "new mutants" are based on "hidden disabilities" represented through mutation. Their powers aren't obvious, like "popping claws."
Staaahhhp! No! Tell me more! What is this house? I need this book now!

One of the quotes from Gail's Uncanny X-Men panel mentioned the book will consist of 18 issues in the first year. So I'm guessing some months will have multiple issues released? I'm hoping David Marquez can pen all the issues. Looking forward to this.

Probably some crossover event with the other titles and some annual. August is not going to come fast enough!!!!

Sounds amazing. We deserves some good after krakoa pain.

18 issues for first year is a great news!
If August has only #1 issue then it means probably that September, November, January, March, etc will have 2 issues per month. Love it!

I think that Marquez will do first arc only and then we will get a second artist so Marquez can return for third arc around issues 9-12. It will be like Mann and filler artists for Asmus' Gambit.

Interesting if Marquez or Stegman will leave main books to draw first X event or Marvel to hire a new big artist for it.

The more I read about Uncanny, the more I'm looking forward to it. It sounds almost too good to be true, lol.

I wonder if it is Bella Donna's mansion last seen in the original Gambit mini-series
