I liked it too. Pacheco is perhaps one of my favorite all-time artists. I wish his time as Excalibur' artist wasn't so short-lived.

I wish Kurt had gotten a story. Most probably just in the main story. But how much involvement? Hope they won't drop those plot points from US and Blue. Though, I'm not completely sold on the good versions of Mystique and Destiny from those especially when they are being written as jerks everywhere else. I still want them to interact. I will try to remain optimistic.

It’s baffling to me that Kurt didn’t get a story, or at least get a mention that he is involved. At best he may be making a cameo as the officiant if the cover is somehow accurate. There was a great opportunity for Wolverine and Kurt to have the story of finding a gift, with the x kids along for the adventure.

It could be just down to the writers getting to personally select who they want to write about. But it just feels so lazy to not even bother connecting the stories together.

A little flat in the crotch department (but Mark Brooks is drawing the characters in the Disney style) but I love the sense of mischief. And the grace.

An Excalibur cartoon based on the CC/AD comics would be perfect, the humour, the characters, the design.

I really love these, done by an animator a few years back, because I am a twit, I didn’t take his name, particularly like the Kurt and Hank as it contrasts so well how two blue, furry athletes can be so different.

Damn, I wish we had a cartoon with those characters animated in that way. It's giving 'X-Men: Evolution' but, like, more stylized and with more mature looking characters. I like it!
