Yeah, no one has really improved on Nick Cardy's original design for Donna. Some of the accent pieces look a little dated, but I liked the way the stars ran from torso to her thighs. The update in the recent Brave & the Bold Teen Titans series (still waiting for the final issue to drop) was okay, but not great.

THe tops are different. I prefer the halter neck top to the straps.

That page reads oddly because she lists the superhero and civilian names, but Raven is omitted from the latter, as her secret identity Rachel Roth didn't exist until Geoff Johns' Teen Titans, did it? Rae was de-aged, and decided to go to school since she hadn't done that before, which meant she needed a human name.

Yeah, originally Raven was just Raven. Rachel Roth was just a fake identity.

However, since then DC has retconned that Rachel Roth is indeed her human birth name.

yeah this highlights just how incredibly drastic the differences in the origin stories are.

but it does kinda put into perspective how there's two categories of them: the original and related ones where she's an imitation Wonder Woman, and the ones where she's a Human girl empowered by something.

The purple ray one is interesting to me since it highlights that, no actually "Amazon training" is not enough to give you the ability to throw cars.

This was one of the most emotionally visceral parts of BN. This one went oooh... ... nightmare fuel.

Donna having a needlessly confusing backstory is practically a personality trait at this point.
