Intelligence - 6 (beyond average the way Ewing wrote her)

Strength 3 (her physical strength is athletic, but not superhuman)

Intelligence 4(learned/gifted, but not like some sort of scientist/engineer)

It's hard to be excited about what's to come as a Storm fan because Arrako gave Storm more agency and importance than almost any other era. Where does she go should this be taken away? Back to school? Being wallpaper on a team? Even if the President rumors are true, it still will come off as a massive downgrade compared to what we have been given in this era.

Here's mine:

Energy Projection: 7 (Able to discharge multiple forms of energy) - Electro-magnetic, psionic projection and the ability to remove heat, divine energy
Mental Powers: 7 (her psionic abilities are linked to her OL powers, which are also tier to her will. She's housed eternity and bast in her consciousness, etc.)
Strength: 2 (Able to lift own body weight)
Fighting Ability: 5 (Master of a single form of combat) - She a street fighter with a mixture of martial arts moves
Intelligence: 3 (Learned)

Storm's mental power is one of the most impressive things about her in my opinion. The natural electrical field surrounding her brain mixed with the will to house Eternity, and again with Lactuca's mind which is basically the universe is just top tear. Imagine if she had telepathy lol!

That's why I don't put her at 7. 7 implies unlimited mental abilities(telepathy, telekinesis, clairvoyance, psychometry, etc,etc). She has very strong mental abilities, but she can't do every mental ability. 5 seems correct according to that rubric, since her primary mental power is atmokinesis or whatever. Sure she housed Eternity and has strength of will, but I would classify those more as spiritual abilities as opposed to mental abilities. The distinction is blurry, but there. If they added a spiritual abilities column, it's clear she has the potential to be a 7, but any old day of the week she's probably more like a strong 5 or low 6.

The rating only go to 7. A 7 rating means cosmic/godlike level, above Reed Richards and Doctor Doom. Storms mental defense are not technically mental abilities.

After re-reading the ratings system and seeing that her power is a specialized form of telekinesis, I would say her Mental power is a 5.

Is housing Eternity's essence and Lactucas mind mental defense though? It seems more like a processing capacity thing. Should will be separate from mental ability? Should her natural electrical aura be separated from her will and mental dexterity? When Storm tapes into several different biomes is her mind or consciousness also in several different places at once? When she struck down the XJet from another continent was her mind in the other continent? I have much to ponder I fear...
