I would be ok if the male progeny inherits the x-gene, but you're right, the blue eyes and white hair should be uniquely emblematic of the covenant that the women of Ororo's lineage have with Oshtur. If it's ok for Angela to never ever get the Odinforce, even though she's Odin's daughter, then it should be equally acceptable for no male heir to have Oshtur's gifts. In theory, the male child should go on to become the Black Panther and honor and serve a different deity anyway.
