I enjoyed the relationship in AOA. I think the fact that Magneto looked younger in AOA makes a difference, in X-Men 97 he looks like he could be her Grandpa.

He was supposed to be way younger. That's why we got Joseph, who was meant to be a rejuvenated Mags for some reason... Then they went the clone route...

I've never read her work, but I've heard good things. Hopefully her good work will continue and she'll write a solid Rogue.

At least with marquez drawing her, we know Rogue will look great, So there's half the battle.

I don't know that it's 100% on him, but she thrived when he was her editor. She went from reluctantly being pulled into the Avengers sphere to leading the main team through a year long event. She did die briefly, but she came back stronger lol.
