This is the fight I always think of between Rogue and Jugg. Would love to see some more. Hopefully they'll get to square off again in the upcoming animated series.

Rogue's EXCALIBUR suit was basically the Jim Lee design thru a Green/Black lens eh?

Just can't beat that Jim lee uniform. Every time someone tries to update it, it never looks as good.

They don't even update it. There's no reason she should be wearing that headband in the 2020s. I wish they'd go back to her Uncanny Avengers v.1 look if they won't let her have a new one.

You scared me that Marc had died! LOL. Silvestri's Top Cow style went in a direction I didn't care for as much as his work with Dan Green on inks. Still one of the all time greats on the X-Books, and he excelled at Rogue-ing...

He did! I loved that he made her a person and he was a damn beast in mking sure that she popped in every scene!

That's quite tame, actually. I've seen many depictions of Savage Land Rogue that bordered on pornographic. That aside, it's always interesting to see an artist's process and see how it differs other creators. His linework is very, very loose. Dan Green's inks really held his art together.

They did! Silvestri always veered to the pinup-y, but his recent art is way more out there. Still pretty, though

I'm just excited to see her in the forefront again.

As much as I enjoy traditional heroics, I do wonder what Rogue's team mission statement will be.

I kinda want Destiny to be involved again or maybe for the team to be Freedom Force 2.0? Involved with the government or human allies, but still with a twist of Destiny and Mystique being morally grey. That would be fun.
