It was! Fox couldn't use the Brood outright and I hope this new show changes that.

Definitely. It does kinda sound like they're gonna try to find solutions to Gambit and Rogue's... intimacy issues lol, based on some of De Mayo's responses.

If the team actually try to get Rogue to understand her power and why it's not able to be controlled (ala Kelly Thompson) that would be neat though. Fear is a theme for her power.

Beyond that I'd love to see Destiny be introduced and interact with Rogue, her to interact with the Brotherhood more or reference her history with them, or a deep dive like Blindspot or the Children of the Vault.

Unrelated but Lenore Zann is active on twitter and doing her best to be a one-woman promo for the show. Gonna share the link in case anyone else wants to drop some appreciation for her. I love that she interacts with the fans so much.

If there's one character I think Gail could do some amazing things with, it's Rogue.

Also I feel like Lenore Zann's voice has aged the best of the old cast judging by the trailer.

Agreed, if she does pick her up, I'm excited to see what direction she might take her in.
