giving cyborg a romance with sarah simms, starfire, donna troy or raven. i get tired of seeing them neglect him in having a relationship and it would be a nice change to see how he would get along with his romantic partner when not always fighting villains.

DC missed the lay up by not letting Cyborg and Starfire get together in Justice League Odyssey. that pairing worked great there. the history/rapport is already thereunder, their chemistry was solid, they work as an interesting sci-fi duo and it would've freed Starfire from the shackles of the stupid Dick x Barbara vs Dick x Kori seesaw. there was no reason they shouldn't have happened. I mean besides that booking getting hijacked by Jessica Cruz's Guadians of the Galaxy and one other reason that ion think this board has the facilities to engage with.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

    currently following:
    • DC: Red Hood: The Hill
    • Marvel: TBD
    • Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

Both have already been mentioned a few times, but:
    1) Justice League - and not just the Big 7 as members. A team with the big guys, a few B/C-listers, and a curveball or two (random example: one of the Metal Men).
    2) The Legion - preferably, the Adult Legion that John's brought back in Action. Although, I would also be interested if they basically just did the mythical "Legion of Four Worlds" storyline, and came out of it with an amalgam team from all four versions. Like, as examples, adult Cosmic Boy from the classic team, Inferno (Sun Boy) from the Legionnaires, Star Boy from the Waid team, and maybe the Dr. Fate from the Bendis mess, etc.

And, pipe dream that isn't going to happen: a Suicide Squad book that is more along the lines of Ostrander. Damaged people forced to work for a damaged, but not evil, woman for the greater good, with lots of moral compromise.

The Harley Quinn show does have a version who is black. So maybe there's still a possibility.

But was that just internal synergy due to Hodge being cast as Hawkman?

Pretty much. Same as Iris West being black in every adaptation now.

But you must admit than making a race lift to Hawkman would be far easy to do for Iris.

    1. Stop sharing every mantle. We don't need "Everyone can be Superman, Batman and Batgirl"

    2. Stories and events that matter. Nothing matters in DC nowadays as they constantly rewrite it.

    3. Continuity. No more "everything is and isn't in Continuity"

    4. Use more of your characters.

    5. Let your heroes have actual lives again. They shouldn't be superheroes 24/7

    6. Expand WW into more titles. Cassie/Yara/Nubia/Artemis need monthly homes

    7. Treat your characters with respect

A new non-Crisis "crisis" that leads to a bold new direction for DC Comics.

Speedsters throughout the universe are the first to feel it. Something is wrong with time and space. Mystical beings are the next to feel it.

Barry and Wally learn that the merging of the surviving universes at the end of COIE "pulled a thread" in the fabric of existence from the Big Bang to entropy. Each successive cosmic event/Crisis has snagged and snared the thread, pulling on more until finally, all of reality, regardless of plane or frequency, is unraveling.

There is no Big Bad pulling these strings, simply the side-effects of past tampering on the part of super-villains both fictional and real.

The only solution? Separate the post-COIE universe into its five constituent universes, despite the evolution of this universes and the universes/multiverses its spawned.

Long story short, this is achieved through the actions of a collection of characters even greater than the assemblages seen in COIE, though it's Barry Allen's sacrifice that again saves all of reality.

A new, single Multiverse is revealed. Few across this new infinitude remember the events that led to the current status quo.

DC Comics publishes books set on the following Earths, rotating regular series and mini and maxi-series as demanded by sales and fan feedback.

Earth-Zero: Ground Zero for new readers, either an "Ultimate DC" in the vein of Ultimate Marvel and the New 52 or the future of a DCU where the next generation is the focus.

Earth-One: The pre-COIE Earth-One, updated and reset. The Superman/Clark/Lois triangle is still in place, Dick Grayson has just retired as Robin.

Earth-Two: The pre-COIE Earth-Two, updated and reset. Books here are set in the modern era and in the Golden Age.

Earth-Three: The pre-COIE Earth-Three, updated and reset. Books here include a CSA title and The Adventures of Lex Luthor.

Earth-Four: The pre-COIE Earth-Four, updated and reset. The Charlton characters are the focus here, along with a certain time and dimensional traveler with a penchant for the color gold.

Earth-Five: The pre-COIE Earth-Five, updated and reset. Billy Batson utters the magic word "Shazam" and becomes this Earth's greatest and initially, only hero, The World's Mightiest Mortal: CAPTAIN THUNDER.

Earth-Six: The dark home of characters like Swamp Thing, Hellblazer, and others.

Earth-Seven: A world with no superheroes, only sci-fi characters like The Challengers of The Unknown, Adam Strange, and the Thanagarians.

Beyond these universes are others occasionally visited, universes that continue the iterations of the post-COIE Earth as separate universes instead of the heavily-altered New Earth and universe itself.

    * The return of Julia and Vanessa Kapatelis.

    * Another try at the Star Riders concept with Vanessa involved.

    * A spinoff book focusing on Amazon characters like Nubia, Artemis, Mala, Euboea, Akila and Philippus.

    * A Shadowpact book. Or at least a book focusing on Nightshade and Enchantress.

    * Integration of the Young Justice versions of Artemis Crock, Tye Longshadow, Asami Koizumi and Ed Dorado.

    * The return of missing pre and post crisis Aquaman characters like Koryak, Tsunami and Lorena Marquez.

    * Hot Spot, Argent, Risk and Prysm's return.

A little surprised no one wanted to see more comic books geared towards children. Maybe even suggesting they do more Manga style books.
