But this seems to be a recurring sequence in Beast World thus far:
    1) beast-people rampaging
    2) hero or villain appears and isn't impressed
    3) hero/villain fights beast-people for second
    4) turned into beast-person

Happened to Killer Croc. Happened to Power Girl. Probably happened to another three or four characters already. Kinda redundant honestly.

I disagree that this wasn't a bad-ass moment for Giganta. She took down a bunch of Starro spores, caused tons of destruction in Ivy Town after she was infected, and gave Superman Jon and Starfire a good fight.

I imagine Giganta being in Ivy Town is a nod to Gail Simone.

It’s official! Anya Chalotra is our DCU Circe!! She will debut in Creature Commandos! I cannot wait, though I’m curious which look they’ll go for with her
Done with DC. Can't handle the constant whiplash! Time to go on a hiatus!

That's nice. Hopefully we'll see her face off against a WW before I hit 40

Although a lot of versions of Superwoman are actually Lois Lane (Crisis on Two Earths it was Mary Marvel).

Since they've never given us her origin in 40+ years of existence I've always gone by her being Diana choosing Lois Lane as her secret identity

I loved Donna’s role as Superwoman. I wonder what’d happen if she met Diana while on that earth.

Actually, its really 60 years, since Superwoman debuted in 1964!

Did Perez ever say anything about Mishkin’s Circe? I mean since it was so close to his run and he basically brought her back after over 30 years.

Didn’t she also appear in 302 and 305 (I don’t fully remember that run so those issues are just taken from Comicvine)?
