Kamala in Avengers Twilight is a mother of two, a boy and a girl of elementary school age (which means she didn't have them young, given she should be 45 in 2050 when it's set). We don't see the kids' father. She appears in four pages. She doesn't suit up in issue 2, but should do in issue 3. Steve visits her, and notes that there's rumours of a giant hand helping people. She's been using her powers in secret apparently.

It does make sense considering how far in the future it's set (Luke Cage is elderly, though he's oddly decrepit considering he should only be about 70 if he's in his 40s now). Also it seems she only had the kids after retiring as a public superhero (apparently the H-Day incident destroyed the superhero community - we know Peter Parker's Spider-Man was killed, and he's far from the only one - the Avengers disbanded and there's no mention of the other teams except for the Netflix style Defenders). She also has two pet cats (I do wonder if one or both are actually Flerken like Carol's pet cat Chewie!)... and I would think her husband isn't Muslim as the apartment she lives in has Christmas decorations. Notably, Steve only called her Kamala, her last name isn't mentioned and neither is her codename.

Bear in mind since Gwen is there and Arcade is in the background, and Miles main book seems to suggest him and Starling are still together this is probably not real.

Gwen could turn out to be Ghost-Spider too, come to think of it. If it was the dead one, you'd expect the villain to be Jackal (who's cloned her before), not Arcade. And Gwen's new book that sticks her back in 616 will have started by then.
