    Default Propose New Parallel Earths!

    Hey all,

Now That DC's multiverse has opened up beyond the old 52-universe restrictions of yore, I think it's high time we propose some brand new parallel universes to fill out the cosmic void. I'll start:

    Earth-218: Justice League International
On this Earth, the heroes we know so well are more mathematically distributed amongst the Earth's population. The core members of the Justice League (Superman, Batman, and the rest of the Big 15) hail from the fifteen most populous countries on the planet. Superman's from India, Batman's from Mexico, and so forth. J'Onn, the ultimate immigrant, is the US's representative.

    Earth-3338: The Time Smear Universe
On this Earth, there are no great heroic ages like the 40's and the ever-shifting present. Instead, all of the Big Gun super-heroes are singularities, spread across the timeline. Batman was a detective in the late 19th century. Wonder Woman fought for the allies in WWII. Green Arrow fought a crooked sheriff in Nottingham. Hawkman and Hawkwoman keep reincarnating, but never at the same time, etc.

    Earth-437: Alien Earth
On this Earth, homo sapiens didn't survive a cooling planet some 900,000 years ago, and went extinct. Now the Earth (known as "Per'elandra," its Martian name) is a verdant planet that is both an oasis and the middle of a diplomatic tug-of-war. Superman, champion of Rann, Katar and Shaerya Hol, J'Onn J'onnz, and other alien luminaries have arrived to keep the peace. Meanwhile, the ethics of reviving Per'elendra's extinct native race are being debated...

    Earth-840: Open Secrets
On this Earth, while heroism (super and otherwise) still runs rampant, the idea of dressing up in a costume and mask is just not, as the kids say, a thing. Clark Kent, alien reporter from a distant planet, saves people wherever and whenever he can. Bruce Wayne, tormented billionaire orphan, works to save his city with his money. Barry Allen is a super-fast cop.

    Earth-333: Crime Doesn't Pay
This Earth is very much like Earth-3, with one significant difference - on Earth-333, evil doesn't have the upper hand. Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman are all bad guys, but the combined forces of Lex Luthor's Legion of Justice are more than a match for their so-called Doom League.

    Earth-961: Anti-Social
On this Earth, a super-heroic tradition stretches all the way back to the WWII, when Captain Marvel led the Justice Society to victories at home and abroad. Now, 80+ years later, the Society is an institution, home to over 50 super-heroes across the country. But there are new, young heroes emerging, trying to find their place in the world, and they have little use for the Justice Society's rules and regulations. How will an idealistic alien from Krypton, a radical Amazon princess, and a brutal vigilante from Gotham City change a world that's already stuffed to the gills with super-heroes?

A young Clark Kent grows up in a harsh and unjust world ruled over by the tyrannical Justice Battalion. Formed in the wake of the Justice Society, the Battalion started out as heroes wanting to follow in the footsteps of greats like Alan Scott and Jay Garrick, but just a taste of absolute power was enough to turn Magog from a noble protector of Earth to a fierce and bloodthirsty dictator. As Magog and the battalion frantically scour the earth for this last surviving Kryptonian rumored to have crash landed on earth years ago, Martha and Jonathan Kent are forced to tell their adopted son Clark the truth of his origins and mysterious powers, inspiring him to show the world what a true superhero looks like. Taking on the name Superman, Clark Kent will work tirelessly to bring hope to a bygone world, encountering more heroes along the way, and forming the Justice League, preparing for the day when he will have to face Magog once and for all.

    Earth Y

With the help of Thomas' Original All-Star Squadron, the Allies not only won WWII, but did so without the atom bomb. However, lacking cautionary tales like Hiroshima, Patton and Halsey convinced the Allies to continue the war in order to destroy the remaining threat to democracy: the Soviets.

Superman and the Spectre withdrew, but the remaining heroes split, with Wonder Woman and The Flash leading one contingent and Green Lantern and Liberty Belle the other.

Earth 29: A "noir" Earth with no "super" heroes. Batman, Green Arrow, and Black Canary are vigilantes who are hunted by the police.

Earth 69: An LGBTQ Earth. Superman was raised by two lesbians. Joanna and Martha Kent. Joker is non-binary. Alan Scott is GL. Tim Drake is Robin.

Earth 666: An Earth where Darkseid conquered Earth by gaining control of all the superheroes.

Earth 94: An Earth where "legacy" characters took over for their mentors. Supergirl is now Superwoman. Damien is now a much more brutal Batman than Bruce. Donna is WW. Conner Hawk is GA. Wally's kids are the Flashes.

Earth 17: An Earth where the Amazons conquered the rest of the planet ruled over by Queen Diana. They ended war, poverty, and disease but also democracy. Rebellions of put down forcefully.

Earth 63: A Silver Age Earth. Superman is powerful enough to push planets out of orbit. Batman and Robin are both public figures who march in parades and are deputized by the police. All the Silver Age goofiness happens here.

Earth 53: George Reeves Superman Earth.

Earth 59: "Super-Pup" Earth. The home of Super-Pup.

Earth 20: An Earth where all the male heroes were killed off and only the female superheroes remain.

Earth 99: An Earth where President Lex Luthor bans all vigilantism. Including of superheroes. All superheroes are forced into retirement. Incredibly corrupt. Clark Kent teachers journalism at a community college. Batman has been hunted down and killed by the anti-vigilante army Luthor created. Flash is hunted by the Central City police department.

    Earth 671
    - Metropolis is protected by Superman, secretly businessman Lex Luthor, who uses Kryptonian tech developed from a crashed rocket Lex found in Kansas.

-Gotham is protected by the Redeeming Angel, secretly former mugger Joe Chill who went straight after accidentally killing a family in a mugging. The Angel makes use of various associates like Oswald Cobblepot (who spies on criminals who frequent his club), Noah Cutler (semi-reformed hacker who still is obsessed with knowledge), and other former criminals who Joe Chill has helped vanish from police dragnets.

-The twin cities of Keystone and Central are home to the Trickster and his sidkick Circus Boy (Dick Grayson), The Trickster made his heroic debut dealing with Leonard Snart, the Lightning Thief, who was robbing labs at super-speed.

    - Various ganglords and warlords have come o fear the Cheetah, a mysterious supernatural creature who preys on those that wake war on others. But few know that Barbara Minerva is acting as an agent of the hidden Amazons who took her in after she was cursed by a vendictive god.

In short this world lacks the heroes we know and instead has heroes with darker sides.
-Superman/Luthor is putting on a noble front, but if you look close his heroic feats are often defending LuthorCorps interests and few of them involve the average citizen's.
-The Redeeming Angel's schtick is focused on reforming criminals, but those he can't reform aren't given much mercy.
-The Trickster is more a showman and a thrill junkie (as is the Grayson of this world). While they are doing good, they also will put the "show" above trying to quickly resolve problems.
-Cheetah is not above letting her animal nature drive her actions dealing with opponents.

Earth A - Same names, but totally different powers. Kryptonians have no powers (and weren't humanoid...), but baby Kal arrived with a optimized 'human' body grown to mimic Earth's dominant species, Kryptonian tech (that only responds to his alien DNA) and downloaded with all of Krypton's lore, giving him access to an orbiting Fortress of Solitude and amazing battlesuit. Batman was chosen by the bat-god Camazotz and has powers that appear vampiric enough for him to pretend at being an actual vampire to strike fear into the hearts of a cowardly and superstitious underworld. Wonder Woman speaks the magic word AHADAH and is empowered by the big six Olympian goddesses of the Amazons; Artemis, Hera, Athena, Demeter, Aphrodite and Hestia with great powers (and clad in armor crafted by Hephaestus, since he convinced Aphrodite that it would preserve her gift of 'great beauty').

Earth B - Crime Syndicate Earth Expanded. Here different continents are covered by different sub-teams, working under the Syndicate, who operate globally. The US is under the thumb of the Terror Titans. Dick Grayson is Red X, former apprentice to the rebel Deathstroke (who had to gouge out his own eyes to protect himself from being possessed by the Terror Titan Jericho, his own son, who used him to betray much of the rebel network to their destruction, from which they are trying to rebuilt, more covertly than ever). Warfire is the half-Tamaranean / half-Okaaran warlord seventh-ranked daughter of the current Tamaranian 'warlady,' hoping that helping to conquer Earth will bump her to number one. Bloodraven is the fully demonic daughter of Trigon, who wants her to use the resources of the Cult of Blood to open the gate and allow him entry to this universe, but is enjoying her cult leader status too much and stalling for time, she she'd rather rule in his name, than serve as his lackey.

Earth C - Like Earth Ape, only everyone is a dinosaur, instead of an ape. Veloci-Raptor is the Fastest Raptor Alive! Doctor Scale (triceratopian humanoid) is master of science and sorcery! Hindbrain (humanoid ankylosaur) has powerful psychic abilities, and a secondary brain at the base of her tail that synergizes with the forebrain in her skull, meaning she has more brains in her *** than most people have in their heads! Iron Dragon is a pterodactyl in a dragon-shaped battlesuit, T-Wrecks can grow larger than a full-sized tyrannosaurus and Chameleon can change their shape! 13 'broods' of humanoid dinosaurs dominate this Earth, and the Scales of Justice must protect it from crime and alien invasion, from their flying fortress, the Talon (built by Iron Dragon and funded by Doctor Scale).

Earth-Atlantis - In this world Atlantis didn't sink beneath the waves in ancient times. Instead, there was a cataclysm that submerged many coastal areas and redrew the world's geography. thousands of years later we have a world where humans exist, but Atlanteans rule both the oceans and the surface world.

LOVE the 'Time Smear' universe idea!

    Earth 1997

An earth heavily modelled after the 90's DCU, specifically Grant Morrison's 'Big Seven' JLA pantheon, as well as BTAS and STAS.

Wally West was an intern at the Keystone City crime lab when he was struck by a lightning bolt and doused in chemicals, and became the street-level super-speedster and hero known as the Flash.

Kyle Rayner is a graphic artist who is giving a power ring by Ganthet, the last of the Guardians of the Universe after Oa is devastated by an unknown threat, and becomes the last Green Lantern.

Orin makes his existence known to the surface world as the bearded harpooned warrior-king 'Aquaman'.

J'onn J'onzz, who's secretely lived on earth for decades as a refugee following the White Martian genocide of his people, reveals himself as the Martian Manhunter.

Bruce Wayne, secretely operating as the street-level vigilante and urban myth known as Batman for over a decade, now emerges from the shadows.

Clark Kent makes his debut as Superman, kicking off the heroic age.

Princess Diana of Themyscera comes to Man's World as an ambassador and reveals herself as 'Wonder Woman'.

The notion of a "heroes replaced by their primary foes, who are now cast as anti-heroes" is intriguing.

Also, given various, "everyone's an ape/dinosaur/kangaroo earths," I think there should just be a string of about 1000 earths in a row, strictly dedicated to specific animal species.
