You mention Bart-BUT Bart was a member of JL during his time as "THE FLASH" if I remember right..

Several of the lists above include characters that were on the League in one version or another in continuity... There have been so many characters that have been part of the team that it's difficult to make a realistic roster that would be recognizable as the Justice League with characters that haven't previously served.
