Well, she made that claim in at least one comic book actually. Which Primal Slayer linked. But yeah, in the old myths Circe is a demi-Titan. Though said to be either a child of Helios and Perseis, or Aeëtes(king of Colchis) and Hecate(who while called a goddess, is the daughter of two Titans)
