The PG book is more comedic in tone and also not written by Williamson, wouldn’t draw too many conclusions from whatever happens there. Williamson treated Conner well in the Chained arc, yes they’re not going to effortlessly beat the threat but an army of Lobos being able to beat the Supers isn’t jobbing imo.

Seems also than the whole event is going topush Lobo as character too. And don't forget than teh Doomhounds also are there in some capacity. Maybe even Krypto will see some action.

All in time for Krypto’s debut in Legacy . Seriously though I’d love to see Krypto get a big moment. He hasn’t gotten one since Tomasi’s opening arc of Rebirth I don’t think.

It is the Brainiac Queen, it’s just how Sandoval draws her I guess. He draws her more bulky and armored up.

We know his son exists in the Rebirth continuity but it’s not clear if his grandson does. That says who knows? Maybe they will show up but Williamson doesn’t want to spoil it in the solicits.

Initially he was supposed to be in JL Odyssey but something happened with that book. Actually that reminds me, Williamson was originally supposed to write that book and he was planning to use Junior, so now I do think there’s a good chance Junior shows up here.

One thing I missed is Russell coming aboard! Cool to have him back, his Brainiac in Space Age was excellent I thought, and Lobo is a character perfectly in line with his sensibilities . Excited to see how he writes the two of them.

Looks like Sandoval is going to draw all 6 issues which is awesome. Both Superbook ongoings have been struggling to keep consistent artists lately. If Sandoval can draw the entire event and Williamson can finally pull off an event, this could be the Sinestro Corps War shot in the arm Superman (and DC in general) needs.
