Fantastic Four #19 from April solicits

This cover reminds me a lot of DC's latest Human Target series and its variety of covers. The points that do it for me here are the variation on the title logo and Sue's earrings which are a nice subtle touch. The combination of either lighting or Sue turning a bit invisible look like smoke as well adding to the feel.

The new Fantastic Four issue was great for Sue fans, I wont spoil it but read it. and a nice surprise villain from way back.

What was a nice unexpected aspect, was that her new field makes her dynamic with Reed better. This is the first time we see her do a big romantic gesture for him, it’s usually the other way around. It shows how much she understands him and it’s healthier for their relationship. I really like it and hope for many more archeological adventures for Sue in the future, with or without the other members.
