Unless he dud something really amazing in the 2ed movie that I don't remember most version's of Flash are way out if he's league the only one I can really think of is SNL Flash and even he may be just as fast as dash.

Agreed. I don't...offhand recall anything from Dash that equates to even close to lightspeed, much less exceeding lightspeed by multiple orders of magnitude.

Fox Quicksilver not only moves at superspeed while he's already moving at super speed, but he manages to stand still at super speed. I'm not quite sure how you can top that.
