That's a interesting question. Jean with just telekinesis is still universal.

The Jean version includes White Crown Phoenix, so… yeah.

Phoenix is one of those characters with too many variants to drop into a rumble without specifying. (Much like Ultron, Doomsday, or Solomon Grundy.) She doesn't have an established, consistent baseline like your Spider-Man or Superman types. If you're defaulting to current versions, then only people who are reading comics with the character RIGHT NOW can contribute.

Presumably, the OP is one of those people, so if you want anyone else to chime in you might want to start by telling what the feats are for the current version of Jean Grey.
