You vs Hobbits

As for Merry, Pippen, Frodo and Sam...for starters, that's four hobbits, so as noted, I feel I'm hosed already.

Book-canon, Merry and Pippen are basically huge, thanks to the Ent-draughts they drank. Hobbits apparently reach 4' at the absolute tallest (kind of like people hitting 7' tall in some cases, I imagine). Merry and Pippen would likely be close to that, certainly heavier than normal for Hobbits, etc. So it's an even worse case for me, because I'm dealing with a couple of stronger, tougher Hobbits in this mix as well.

And all four have some real combat experience.

My odds are terrible. I am screwed, here.

I think hobbits can easily take Achilles as they are closer to his heel. Sorry, I couldn't resist. I agree that fighting 2 or three strong hobbits is very problematic.
